Commentary

Our system had no changes for August, but emerging foreign equities, natural resources, and real estate equities are all close enough to potentially trigger within the next two months. In fact, it is even possible for natural resources to trigger out before the end of August. The split personality of the equity markets continued in July with US equities continuing to outperform year-to-date, but developed foreign equities finally had a good month. Real estate and natural resources continued to struggle.
