Client Service Manager
Emily Ridenhour joined the team in August of 2011 as a Client Service Manager of the Armstrong Wealth Management Group, a comprehensive fee-based wealth management firm in Florence, South Carolina. She assists in servicing client’s non-investment related needs, which includes handling client accounts and customer service, as well as office administration. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and organizational skills are essential for keeping the firm’s top-notch customer service.
Emily holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through LPL Financial and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM (FPQPTM). This is a designation that includes all aspects of general financial planning concepts, terminology, and product categories to better assist clients. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a minor in Finance. Emily has worked in the financial industry since 2010 and been with the firm since 2011.
Emily is originally from Camden, South Carolina and now resides in Florence with her husband, Matt. She is a member of the Young Professionals of Florence, and since 2010 has been an active volunteer and team captain for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk due to her personal connection to the cause.
Emily has traveled extensively throughout the world and is always looking to add more stamps to her passport. In her free time, she enjoys working out, horseback riding, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and going to the beach.
